You will have to have your technical support specialist that handles your Sensus support to install the newest version of FieldLogic Hub. Provided you are set up for Tablets or Phones with Android 13 or higher, or IOS 18 or higher, you should ask for the newest version of FieldLogic Hub. You should also be getting set up on the cloud at this point.
Older FieldLogic Hub

Newer FieldLogic Hub (Cloud)

Older FieldLogic Hub-
The older versions of the The FieldLogic Hub are not on the Cloud. If your utility still has handheld devices that are on the windows platform, or the early androids, such as the FL6500 series(Windows 6.5), the FL7500 series (Android 7.1), or the latest Trimble Ranger (Android 8), you can not upgrade past the 7.3 version of FieldLogic. This will work for a while, but it is highly recommended that you upgrade to Tablets and get the newest version of FL Hub and on to the Cloud, for your system, as soon as you can. As you can see in the photo above, my Windows laptop is not supported by the 7.3 version that is needed for it.
Adding Configurations in your Older FieldLogic Hub-
Let me begin by pointing out that this is typically done by your Sensus Technician. This are merely instructions in case they need to learn, or you wish to take this task on yourself.

To add a new config, see the pic to the left, click on the configurations tab and click your utility name. Once you go into the tab you well see the picture below.

Double click here where the red arrow is to open the next picture. Most of this will be pretty self explanatory once you get into it.

You must always make an MXU configuration
to go with your meter configuration. If you have the older version, anything under 7.8, you will not have the option for the newer iPerl+ meter. If you want the iPerl+, you have to have the 7.8 version, and you also need a newer 520M, version R1.A.25 or newer.

Once you click on the iPerl meter and hit next, you will have the chance to name your config, which I named the meter and the resolution. You can use gallons or cubic feet and then use the slider to determine how many wheel and how many gallons to read in. You can also change your various alarm settings.

Here is your MXU settings. I always use the MXU in the name for easy recognition. There is a dropdown box where you select the water device configuration type. Select the gallons and determine if you want it in normal or smart mode.

Once complete you can see your configs that you just made. To edit them, simply go back into the config and change as needed. NOTE: if you make a change, you have to relink your handhelds to the Hub again.
