You will have to have your technical support specialist that handles your Sensus support to install the newest version of FieldLogic Hub. Provided you are set up for Tablets or Phones with Android 13 or higher, or IOS 18 or higher, you should ask for the newest version of FieldLogic Hub. You should also be getting set up on the cloud at this point.

Setting Up FL Cloud

You have to open a case with Sensus Technical Services to make sure that you have a Cloud Account set up with them. Select Cloud in the menu bar and hit the dropdown, store data in the Cloud. It will open a new box asking if you are sure, again. Click Yes, then log in to your new Cloud Account. You will have to name your FL Cloud instance. It will ask you to restart, click OK. When it restarts, you are on the Cloud. You can now add or manage your devices in Cloud Hub.
